Doug Pederson – $2.7 Million, New Jersey

What do you get for dedicating decades of your life to a well-paying sport like American football? For Doug Peterson, the answer would be a decent fortune and some of the finer things in life. His New Jersey house certainly fits that fine-living tag.

Shortly before his 2016 appointment as coach of the Philadephia Eagles, he bought this 6,900-square-foot house. Some features include five bedrooms, a sprawling parking lot, and a fitness center. However, after being relieved of his duties in 2021, he put the house up for sale. Peterson’s high demand landed him a job with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2022. He’ll be hoping the $2.7 million price tag appeals to someone.
