The Golden Girls – $4 Million, Brentwood

A mid-century Brentwood abode that featured in the popular ‘80s sitcom The Golden Girls recently sold for $4 million. The August 2020 sale netted the seller more than $1 million above the original $2.999 million asking price. The estate listing revealed that the 3,000 square foot spread includes four bedrooms.

The residence featured in the first season of the beloved sitcom and its listing garnered an intense level of interest. After only a couple of weeks on the market, an undisclosed buyer, who is said not to have any ties with the entertainment industry.
