Rennae Stubbs may be in her fifties, but we bet she has the energy of a 20-year-old; that’s the benefit of having a regular workout. Of course, for the former professional tennis player, her favorite sport is one of the things that have kept her fit and energetic.

Once the world’s number one athlete, Rennae became a tennis coach and television presenter after retiring from playing.
