Actor Christopher Plummer is a highly respected actor who will forever be remembered for starring in The Sound of Music as Captain Georg von Trapp. During the ’70s until the early ’80s, he owned beautiful waterfront property in Connecticut.

The house came with a library, a gourmet kitchen, and a private beach. The latest owners of the place reportedly bought it for $11.2 million. This was a good deal since it was originally listed for $12.5 million. Plummer’s most recent role was in the 2019 film titled The Last Full Measure.
