Tim Curry – $3.2 Million, Los Feliz

In 2006, Tim Curry spent around $2 million buying his little slice of heaven in Los Feliz, California. He purchased a 1928-built Spanish-style villa with a 3,365-square-foot interior. The house boasts four bedrooms with bathrooms, as well as a separate guest house and a large backyard with a swimming pool.

A couple of years after he suffered a stroke, though, he decided to let go of it. Thankfully he sold it at a profit, in 2014, for $3.2 million. He’s since participated in an episode of Jeopardy! and will now be participating in the Pennywise: The Story of It documentary.
