Chuck Norris – $3.5M, North Tustin

Chuck Norris earned the respect of many through how much he was able to achieve in his martial arts careers. He was later able to become a big celebrity when he gave acting a try. He earned millions into his bank account for years and has built a nice life for himself.

He used to own a home in North Tustin and a unique thing about the estate was that it has its own private lake. It even had a saltwater swimming pool. Back in 2016, the house hit the market with a $3.5 million price tag. Norris doesn’t do films anymore but he did star in a QuikTrip commercial in 2020.
