Over the years we got acquainted with Kaley Cuoco through The Big Bang Theory. It all started when she was cast for the role of Penny in 2007. Though she never really needed to shed weight, by improving her lifestyle, Kaley’s now looking as fit and healthy as ever!
According to her, she owes it all to yoga. At that time, Kaley was married to Ryan Sweeting, a professional tennis player. Though they divorced, she continued paying attention to what she eats and doing yoga five times a week. Today, Kaley’s around 129 pounds and has killer abs! She’s also voicing the starring character in the Harley Quinn series.
