Remember the host of The Late Late Show with James Corden? He actually lost 85 pounds on his weight loss journey and here’s how he achieved it. Corden started having problems with his weight in his 20s and it became too hard for him to land the roles that he wanted the most.
When he finally found the motivation, he just incorporated a good fitness regimen with a healthy eating pattern. He removed bread, alcohol, sugar, and potatoes to achieve it easily. Cordon will be a part of three films in 2019, Yesterday, Super Intelligence, and Cats, which are all set to be released in the near future.
