Sally Struthers is most known for the roles she had in All in the Family and Gilmore Girls. As Struthers got older, it just became harder and harder for her to maintain a slim figure. She shocked a lot of people when she was able to lose a lot of weight despite her age. 

The exact weight-loss method remains a mystery, but we won’t surprised if she spent some cash on weight loss surgery. As of right now, she’s not very active in films or television. She has been focusing her energy on theatre plays instead.
