Cat Deeley – Undisclosed – Breastfeeding

The TV host/model/actress Cat Deeney looks so great it’s almost shocking! But what’s even more frustrating is how little effort she puts into her appearance. Reportedly, she didn’t even have to exercise to get back to her ideal weight after giving birth to her second child in 2016. When asked about her secret to looking so slim after a pregnancy, Deeney gave a fairly surprising answer.

She said breastfeeding and running around taking care of a baby was more than enough for her to get back in shape. In 2020, Deeney and her family decided to move out of Los Angeles after 14 years and have since become London residents.
