Ashlee Simpson – 40 LBS – Diet & Exercise
Ashlee Simpson began her career at the age of 15, appearing on different TV commercials. She then had the chance to pursue acting and appeared on the TV show 7th Heaven. Without any formal training, Jessica pursued her passion and became a singer in 2004. After having her second child, Jessica easily gained weight and when she suddenly lost track of it.
She went to the gym for five months. In those five months, Ashlee managed to lose 40 pounds after incorporating metabolism-boosting teas in her diet. In 2018, she returned to acting and starred in her own TV show, Ashlee+Evan.
