Fergie is another famous singer who was always known for her fabulous body. But once she entered motherhood, she took a break from the pop star physique. And after giving birth, she knew it was crunch time. She followed Carrie Wiatt’s healthy diet that entailed her to consume only 1,200 calories a day.
The former Black Eyed Peas member was later able to drop around 20 pounds in a couple of months. You can’t even really tell that she gave birth these days! Either way, she’s always been a really slim person, so it’s nice to see her as her usual self.
