Queen Latifah – 20 LBS – Exercise and Diet
Queen Latifah has been widely known for being an advocate of loving one’s own body, and she has been very proud of her body, too. However, when she was faced with health problems from being overweight, she had to decide on what to do. She then began her weight loss journey by exercising instead of resorting to liposuction.
Queen Latifah joined the group Jenny Craig Inc., which also helped her with proper exercise, diet, and nutrition. Queen Latifah was able to lose 20 pounds through this, and you can see this transformation as she appears in the show Empire as Carlotta Brown.
