Most of you know Gordon Ramsay for shows like Hell’s Kitchen and MasterChef. He is always surrounded by good food so watching his diet was always a challenge. He has gotten ripped in recent years and he apparently made changes after his wife called him out on his habits.
He says that he makes sure to eat five small meals daily while also staying active. This method worked for him because he lost around 50 pounds. As of 2020, Ramsay can be seen on shows like Hell’s Kitchen and 24 Hours to Hell and Back.
