With an entertainment career that spans five decades, it’s amazing how Richard Wilson has managed to stay out of controversies. Well, except for that time he was “blatantly” outed by Time Out in 2013. He didn’t shy away from admitting he’s gay, though.
Unfortunately, the years haven’t been as kind to him as he hoped. In 2021, the former One Foot in the Grave star talked about how a falling accident years prior damaged his memory. This explains why acting jobs have been sparse for him lately. He last appeared in a short movie called Michael in 2020.
