Soap opera plots can be crazy. But they’re still no match to what EastEnders star Brooke Kinsella went through in real life. An accomplished TV actress, who has starred in shows like The Bill and Vital Signs, she also found her name associated with a grisly murder.
Her brother Ben Kinsella was killed in 2008 when he was just 16 years old. The case got a lot of media coverage and Kinsella became an activist for fighting against knife crimes. She hasn’t done a lot of acting since. In 2020, she welcomed a baby girl with her husband Simon Boardley.
