Tina Mahon – Grange Hill – Age 49
From 1985 to 1990, Tina Mahon played Veronica Birtles in Grange Hill. She went back to the show in 1991 for her final appearance, much to her fans’ delight. Apart from the BBC series, she only appeared in The Bill and Scene, which means her acting run didn’t last long.
In January 2021, Lee MacDonald, Alison Bettles, and Ricky Simmonds reunited in This Morning to talk about their time on Grange Hill. Noticeably missing was Mahon, who has successfully avoided the limelight since the show wrapped up in the ’00s.
