Simone Hyams is one of the BBC show Grange Hill’s original cast members, playing Caroline Donnington, known as Calley, for the first six years. Then she became Josey Naylor for an episode of The Bill in 1993 and the girl on the beach in Baywatch in 1994.
Unfortunately, the lifeguard series was the last time Hyams showcased her acting prowess. She did stir controversy when she claimed she had an affair with Hannibal director Michael Winner. Nowadays, the retired star enjoys the quiet life away from the spotlight as she fulfills her role as Virgin’s corporate events manager.
