John Altman – EastEnders – Age 69

John Altman has kept himself pretty busy after leaving his post as EastEnders’ resident bad boy Nick Cotton in 2015. Just a year after, he published an aptly titled autobiography called In the Nick of Time. He also found work in other projects like the TV series Unsinkable.

We bet he’s most proud of the music work he did, though. A lifelong rock fan, he released his debut album, Never Too Late To Rock and Roll, in 2020 under the name Johnny Altman. Hopefully, his new venture pans out for the Resurrection frontman. After all, he can’t rely on the $34 in royalty earnings he receives from his EastEnders stint.
