Fish Out The Bad Eggs
Nothing stinks, literally, more than cracking your egg into an otherwise perfect flour mix only to discover that it’s rotten. All that initial time and effort, wasted. Fortunately, you can avoid such disheartening scenarios by testing to see if an egg is rotten or not.
Just pop the egg into a container of water and check if it floats or sinks. If it sinks, then it’s fresh and most likely good for your taste buds and your health. If it floats, then it’s probably rotten. The science behind this is that eggs absorb more air as they get older, so this makes them float in water.
