Apple’s versatility as an ingredient in meals is often underrated. It’s a lot more than a fruit you can munch on to squeeze some extra nutrients into your diet. Surprisingly, apple juice is that magic ingredient that sets a restaurant-style meal apart from a home-cooked one.
Apple juice does a lot of good for smoked meat, especially pork. Put some of the juice in a spray can, and then spray some of it on the meat. Not only will this add some moisture to the pork and make it juicy, it will give it a luxurious flavor as well.
