Make Perfect Poached Eggs
Making poached eggs seems like an impossible skill. For the inexperienced, it’s a series of constant fails and egg dishes that don’t look nearly as palatable. So how do people go about it? Well, this simple trick is perfect for beginners.
Crack open the egg and pour it into a nylon or plastic bag. Make sure to go for high-grade nylons that are resistant to a heat temperature of 250F. Tie up the bags and let them stay in a pot of boiling water for some minutes. You’ll need to be extra careful about getting your poached eggs out of the bag though.
