Eat Your Veggies, Kids!

Getting to this level of fitness is undoubtedly the product of hours of heavy lifting and eating tons of protein. But we don’t doubt veggies helped her to her goals faster, too. Now, if only people like her were there in the produce section when you have your kids shopping with you.

How easy it would be to convince them to eat with their greens seeing her as an example. Unfortunately, it seems like fit people prefer shopping at Whole Foods and Sprouts over Walmart these days. That might change soon, though, as the retail giant has been trying to catch up with the organic food trend.
