It’s Bound To Be A Slow Day

The concept of walking cats on leashes is already pushing it. So, we never thought we’d see a turtle being walked, especially at the grocery store. This definitely has the makings of an extra slow shopping day. Or, in the worst-case scenario, getting a surprise visit from the local animal rescue after they catch wind of this photo.

First, there’s the risk of drying out the turtle as it spends hours away from its water-filled aquarium. Of course, there’s also the danger of it being crushed by a shopping cart or a customer. Here’s to hoping none of those scenarios played after this shot was taken.
