Remember These Golden Age Celebrities? They’re Still Alive & Kicking Hard

Ami Ciccone Mar 02, 2023

Richard Chamberlain, 87 , Born In 1934 – Dr. Killdare

He has been acting almost non-stop since the ‘60s. One of the first projects Richard Chamberlain ever undertook was also one of his most successful ones, playing in the Dr. Killdare series. Today, Chamberlain is 86 years old and has a fortune of approximately $20 million!

He was born in Beverly Hills back in 1934. Proving just how timeless he is as an actor, Chamberlain has recently played in movies like Finding Julia, of 2019 and will now be playing in the film called Echoes of the Past, alongside the now late Max von Sydow.

Paul Hogan, 81, Born In 1939 – Crocodile Dundee

By the time Crocodile Dundee hit theaters in 1986, Paul Hogan was already a popular comedian in Australia. Still, it was the success of the comedy-action film that catapulted him to international stardom. His stint as the titular crocodile hunter also led him to meet his now-ex-wife Linda Kozlowski.

While the original Dundee trilogy remains to be his best-known work, his long-standing issues with unpaid taxes is the one getting his name into the news in the past couple of years. But things may soon change as he returns to play the iconic role in the film, The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee, set to premiere on December 11, 2020.
