Virginia Patton, 95 , Born In 1925 – It’s A Wonderful Life
Virginia Patton’s and Jacqueline White’s stories are very much alike. However, Patton’s career was even more short-lived, lasting only six years. She has only had a handful of roles (about 15), half of which were uncredited. Patton gave life to the character of Ruth Dakin Bailey. It was the most prominent of her roles.
She was only 24 years old when she got married, and therefore, gave up on her career to become a housewife and raise a family. Her marriage to Cruse W. Moss lasted almost seven decades until death literally parted them.
