Jacqueline White, 98 , Born In 1922 –  Crossfire

Jacqueline White only had a decade-long career as an actress, but during that short time, worked for both Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and RKO Pictures. Can you imagine how much of an impression she’s left during that decade to be remembered almost 70 years later?

White is one of those rare (and lucky) people who did not pursue a showbiz career but rather had work coming straight to her. Crossfire and The Narrow Margin were some of her most-remembered works. Her reason for leaving was due to her marriage, which seemed a valid reason at the time. Luckily, she didn’t compromise her career for nothing; her marriage lasted until her husband’s death.
