Christopher Plummer, 90, Born In 1929 – All The Money In The World
Christopher Plummer is a pretty iconic actor. During his 40 year career, he became the oldest person to win an Oscar at 82 for his role in the romantic comedy, Beginners. He also became the only Canadian to win the Triple Crown of Acting.
This isn’t bad for a guy most fondly remembered for his supporting role in The Sound of Music, playing Captain Von Trapp. Plummer has also won other accolades besides Oscars for roles in films like Waterloo and the Man That Would Be King, including Emmy Awards and Golden Globe Awards. In 2020 he featured in Jeopardy! The Greatest of All Time.
