Dolores Hart is a former American actress, who in 1963, completely turned over a new leaf in her life. Hart’s acting career took off remarkably well after her portrayal of Elvis Presley’s love interest on Loving You in 1957. She was highly in demand and nearing stardom when she decided to become a Benedictine nun. Yes, you read that, right!

Since then, Hart (now aged 81) has served God and has smartly utilized her fame to raise funds to build the theatre on Abbey of Regina Laudis. In 2011, her life was filmed into a documentary called God Is the Bigger Elvis.
