Terry Kilburn, 93, Born In 1926 – A Christmas Carol
Terry Kilburn started his acting career as a child actor appearing in films like A Christmas Carol and Goodbye, Mr. Chips after his family immigrated to the US from the UK in 1937. As a grown man working in theater, he would go on to live in Los Angeles and London, where he would meet fellow actor Charles Nolte in 1957.
From there, the pair began a romantic relationship that would span over five decades until Nolte’s death in 2010. Now 93, Kilburn lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota after running the Meadow Brook Theatre at Oakland University.
