Debbie Turner, 63, Born In 1956 – The Sound of Music

For anyone who’s watched The Sound of Music, the film has probably left an impression. Even though Debbie Turner wasn’t even ten years old when the film was released, she was fortunate enough to be part of it! Turner portrayed the character of Marta von Trapp.

After the film was done, she focused on her education. She only ever played in one more film in 1979 called North Dallas Forty. Turner’s been married to Richard Larson since 1980. The last time we ever saw Turner was when she performed in an episode of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel in 2019.
