Exactly How The Day Started

That fateful morning began like any other day for Levi, who rose up from his bed and got about his daily routine. He made sure to be on his way to the station by 7 a.m., ready to accomplish a few activities before he went on his morning patrol.

Despite half the roads in the neighborhood being impassable due to the previous evening’s snowfall, the station was nearly packed when Levi arrived. And even though he knew that he needed to wait for the city sanitation department to take care of the snow, the officer felt like he had to be out in the streets patrolling.
