It was already eight in the morning, but the sun was still tucked in the clouds. The air was chilly as Levi Whitman navigated the snow-covered New York streets. He had been cruisin’ for a while when he saw something along the road—a black dog. Seeing it pace up and down piqued his curiousity, so he drove closer to investigate.
