The guy in white might look like he’s trying to save his opponent from excruciating pain, but he’s just trying to get the ball for his team. We can only hope he succeeded because that other guy is about to get a very real experience.

Despite American football being very high-contact and one of the most violent sports in the game, NFL players usually do not wear protective cups to protect their groin. Their reason is that it feels uncomfortable and restricts them when running. Besides, scenarios like this are not a common experience in the NFL, so we reckon they have a fair point.
