This dude must be joking. But seriously, what would you do if you’re waiting for your pilot to arrive and this is him? Would you have faith that he is well trained? Wonder if he’s had some special training for blind pilots? Would you hope the autopilot works and there’ll be no emergency landings?

But this guy is joking. Blind men can’t fly planes, and even with autopilot, it cannot replace a human pilot. Plus, while autopilot is engaged, the real pilot needs to keep track of other flight aspects, which require sight to monitor. Plus, while autopilot can land a plane, it needs the pilot to program it.
