Batman Forever is touted as one of the worst in the franchise, but little did people know that the on-set dynamic probably was a factor. It starred Tommy Lee Jones and Jim Carrey, who didn’t get along so well. Director Joel Schumacher revealed that the older thespian had a problem since he didn’t want the comedian to overshine him.

Carrey, meanwhile, revealed that from the get-go, Jones wasn’t fond of him and his comedy. The duo has never been seen together again, but this drama wasn’t enough to dissuade the funnyman from acting again. He portrayed Joe Biden in Saturday Night Live in 2020.
