Sylvester Stallone & Richard Gere

Before Sylvester Stallone shot to stardom with the Rocky franchise, he was first cast in the 1974 movie The Lords of Flatbush, which was supposed to star Richard Gere, too. But the actors got on so badly on the set that one of them had to be fired.

According to Stallone, Gere had an angsty aura while filming, which culminated in a fight following a mustard stain on Stallone’s pants from Gere’s meal. Then, Elton John’s biography revealed that the feud grew deeper because of Princess Diana. To this day, the two equally handsome stars have yet to mend their friendship.
