Second in Command
When we’re talking about successful transitions, it’s important to note that effective communications and a gradual hand-over of duties and power works best in most cases. When you’re handing over your household duties to a nanny, it might be a good idea to take things slow and ease into it.
A good idea would be to have the nanny come over to your property to spend a day with you and your family. For your part, go about your day as you normally would, but make sure the caregiver is also involved with every activity that you’re doing, from preparing your children’s beds to prepping their meals.
