Pete Buttigieg & Chasten Buttigieg – Married For 3 Years

For eight years between 2012 and 2020, Pete Buttigieg served as the 32nd Mayor of South Bend before being chosen as the United States Secretary of Transportation under Joe Biden’s administration. The new position made Buttigieg the youngest person to bear the title and also the youngest Cabinet secretary in the current government.

That’s not all, though. The 39-year-old also became the first openly gay Cabinet member in U.S. history. Buttigieg met his future husband, Chasten Glezman, a high school teacher, on Hinge (a dating app) in 2015. They were engaged in 2017 and tied the knot the following year at the Cathedral of St. James in South Bend.
