Tammy Duckworth & Bryan Bowlsbey – Married For 28 Years

Today, Tammy Duckworth may be a politician serving as United States Senator from Illinois and Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee, but she will never be forgotten for her time serving as a lieutenant colonel in the Army National Guard. After all, her service did quite literally cost her an arm and a leg (more like two legs, though).

Even though she’s faced rough patches like those, Duckworth is lucky to have had Bryan Bowlsbey by her side through it all. He is her husband of 28 years and the father of her two children. As per Vogue, the pair met in the ROTC program at George Washington University.
