Chuck Schumer & Iris Weinshall – Married For 41 Years

A New Yorker by birth and in heart, Chuck Schumer has been the senior United States Senator from New York since 1999. Well, that’s not the only title he bears at the age of 70. Schumer is also Chair of the Senate Democratic Caucus as well as Senate Majority Leader.

Away from all the hustle and bustle of politics, Schumer is a loving husband to Iris Weinshall, to whom he’s been married since 1980. The couple had a magical wedding ceremony at the top of the World Trade Center and brought two children to the world. Weinshall is the COO of The New York Public Library.
