Al Franken & Franni Bryson – Married For 46 Years

From working as a writer and performer on Saturday Night Live, Al Franken made a pretty serious transition to politics, which paved the way for his nine-year service as the United States Senator from Minnesota. He also garnered widespread attention as a political activist, hosting The Al Franken Show on Air America Radio between 2004 and 2007.

Franken always went home to one person through all the changes in his work—his beloved wife Franni Bryson, who he met at Harvard University. The pair exchanged vows in 1975 and have lived to see grandchildren from their two children. Isn’t this the life everyone dreams of?
