Richard Chamberlain is a very versatile actor. He played the first Bourne character in the film, The Bourne Identity and he is also known for his ability to sing and perform both on stage and the screen. Thanks to his success, he was able to buy a beautiful home in Maui.

However, he decided to sell the huge mansion in 2010. After a year on the market, it was finally sold for $13 million, $6 million less than what he initially asked. Considering it was a time in which the economy was still recovering, this is not surprising.
