Emma Thompson – Scotland

Generally speaking, one will usually expect a celebrity to flaunt their properties because of their social status, but that narrative is different with Emma Thompson. We are aware she swaps locations from time to time but as far as we can see, Thompson enjoys staying in Scotland when she’s not in Venice.

We are confident that Emma’s recollections of the resplendent town of Argyll prompted her to return immediately after she and her husband Greg Wise were declared Italian citizens, as she stated in an interview. During the lockdown, this is where the pair spent time with their relatives.
