Tom Hardy – London, £3.4 Million

Tom Hardy may be a big star, but he likes to keep a low profile. His house is located in the Richmond area of London, and it is an 18th-century mansion. The estate holds a prime spot in the center of the neighborhood, and back in 2017, Hardy had unique plans of renovating it.

His neighbors, however, reportedly had an issue with a chimney that he had installed. Their logic was that the element was ill-fitting considering the period in which the home was originally built. Despite a petition to the local council for its removal, Hardy had the appropriate permits and managed to win the day!
