Lewis Hamilton, a Formula One race car driver, sold his pricey Manhattan triplex penthouse for £38 million in November 2021. In 2017, he paid £32 million for the opulent six-bathroom home at 70 Vestry Street in Tribeca, lower Manhattan.

The 6,547 square-foot property features a large outdoor area with Hudson River views, a swimming pool, workout facility, squash court, library, and wine cellar. It was never occupied from when he purchased it until he sold it. Hamilton also has several other properties scattered worldwide, including another Tribeca penthouse.
