Theo Walcott – Hertfordshire, £4.5 Million

Theo Walcott, who is said to have a good relationship with his immediate family, initially purchased a £2 Million worth 3- bedroom house for his parents in Hemel, Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Sadly, the home was vandalized in 2011 by two men who broke in and carted away items worth £40,000 but were later apprehended.

That may or may not have led the English star to list another Hertfordshire residence worth over £4 million in 2018. While the house is a six-bedroom mansion with a swimming pool and gymnasium, the player had to reduce the price by £500,000 when the home failed to be sold in 2019.
