Michael Carrick – Prestbury, £4 Million

Another day, another property feud! Michael Carrick had to jump many hurdles and get in a tiff over his plans to expand this estate in Prestbury back in 2008. Yet, the athlete ultimately won and was granted permission to construct a £4 million worth mansion.

Featuring a library, a training room, wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool, the two-story property is a dream to live in with enough space for everyone as it comes with seven bedrooms. Michael wanted to build another level and give it a mansion-like look.
