Darren Fletcher – Bowden, £1.5 Million

After a traumatic incident in 2010 and then a break-in after that, footballer Darren Fletcher sold his adorable estate in Bowden to one of his teammates, for one and a half million pounds.

Now, we’re not sure what features Darren’s former house has, but we do know that properties in the Bowden area do not come cheap. That’s why it’s safe to say that his comrade Darron Gibson most certainly got the place for a bargain price. We suppose that’s a good thing, as there was probably plenty of bucks left to upgrade things such as perimeter security.
