Imelda Staunton & Jim Carter – Married For 38 Years
Imelda Staunton has an impressive portfolio in both on-screen and stage acting. She gave superb performances in musicals like Sweeney Todd and Into The Woods, and some of her most notable films were in Vera Drake and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Since 1983, she has been married to actor Jim Carter, who you may know for starring in Downton Abbey. They’ve maintained their strong bond all these years, and they raised a daughter named Bessie, who got into acting as well. Staunton will star as Queen Elizabeth in the upcoming season of The Crown.
